      Good quality product, on a scale of 1 to 10, an 8 to install

      The product is fine, it is not a cheap piece of junk. What Toyota or the instructions don’t tell you is, if you have dual exhaust the tail pipe interferes with the step and is in contact with the step bracket after installation is complete. It is usable but it is always in contact with the exhaust system at the back of the vehicle. You also have to hunt down the instructions thru Toyota online because they are not included in the box it comes in. If you are not very handy or not a mechanical person you’ll need help with this install.

      Great Addition to my 2020 Tundra

      Installation took less than 1 hour by not using the new bracket. Simply cut/trim the existing bracket with a metal grinder/cutter or a jig saw with the proper metal cutting bit. The rear of the install was a breeze. I did have one unused part (besides the bracket), but step seems very durable, secure, and functions as it should.

      Nice quality, some assembly required!

      Quality of the part is Toyota good! and I really liked the end result and how it tucks under the truck's bumper (2021 Tundra) but get ready to do your homework on installation. I ended up looking at others that cut the old bumper support plate instead of replacing it, and glad I did. Saves a lot of time on an already cumbersome installation.

      Great Bed Step for your Tundra

      A little tricky to install because the plastic pieces on the bumper are hard to get off and then difficult to put back in place and have them stay put. But over all, this is a great step!! Stays up out of the way and can be pulled down with one foot, even with your hands full. It also stows away easily by giving it a little bump upwards. Perfect OEM fit for my truck. Worth every penny!

      Great step, definitely requires some time and tools though

      Really satisfied with truck bed step. Works extremely well and is designed to support 300 lb. It's bolted right to the frame and I never felt like it was flimsy or a piece of crap. I did have to buy some tools that I didn't own and it did require some time investment. If I had all the tools and knew what I was doing it probably could be installed in about an hour and a half the next time. After trips to Lowe's to pick up tools and with the time invested I was probably in about 4 to 5 hours. Overall very satisfied with the product though.
