    Picture of product is misleading.

    The photo of the product is clearly blue. When I opened the box, the steering column cover is actually gray. I read the discription of the column and indeed it is described as grey. Why not have a picture of a grey steering column? Shame on me for buying another product from eBay.

    Aftermarket not from manufacturer

    It would be more effective in selling if it was more the same smooth surface on both pieces and that they click together or fit together without being screwed together tightly because the fact is plastic pieces that are aftermarket don't necessarily fit with precision like original parts do and if you're gonna send pieces to somebody for interior of a vehicle, make sure all the plastic pieces are cut off that are hanging on the edges where they're supposed to be close together Pretty sloppy

    You need better quality control.

    The plastic is of a very light weight (not good), the pieces do not quite fit together had to modify it. Not worth $76 it's worth more like $30. Very disappointed but I had no choice.

    A new version of the factory part

    No longer available via Toyota nor as New Old Stock and any used ones were in bad shape so it was nice to find this of new manufacture. The quality was very good and worked with factory hardware with no problems. I did have to trim it some to match the original piece, but that was not a big deal.
