    Good quality and solid, but be prepared to make alterations

    I found these very useful, however, I did have to modify them to fit well. If you weld these right in, the elevation of the point of contact for the bushing will sit lower by at least 1/4” or more. If you’re at the level where you’re capable of making this repair, this isn’t a big deal. Just be aware that you might not have the perfect end result you want. I was replacing the frame tabs as well so I made the adjustments needed there. Still worthwhile as most of us might not have the tools to make this part on ourr own. With a little trimming and adjusting, these will get the job done! I would buy these again

    You will need different bolts.

    ALERT - You will need new bolts. While the general construction and fit allows you to overlap the existing body rails, it does require some trimming. I did not use the entire length so I cannot speak to hole alignment so cutting and trimming was already going to be needed. My 2000 Jeep TJ uses standard coarse thread bolts. I had to purchase 12mm bolts for this kit.

    you can make your own cheaper

    you need to mark driverside or passanger side on these ... cant tell what is left or right.. cheap parts no directions, no indication on nut size for bolts.. double check tread size before installation.. may have to cut and reweld the right nuts on

    Poor quality and fit

    Repair pieces are over a 1/4" oversize which would not allow for a good weld. Parts were covered in weld spatter and nuts were welded off center from the holes not allowing a bolt to thread in. I had to cut these apart to be able to make them useable. I would have been further ahead fabricating my own.
