One monitor was broken on top, I put the separated broken plastic piece in (on top) and I closed the monitor, the monitor (the image) is closing from time to time. The back plastic handle at the central unit was pushed in but I fixed good enough.

The package was wet a bit but that is fine, it would be FedEx and the sudden hail we got in California fault, instead. There was enough package in material and there was also a manual to explain how to setup. I got the 3020 version. I got only 8 GB ram when I brought 16 but reading the manuel showed that it was a ram slot knocked loose, for it linked to a video how to fix. Thanks.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item itself is brand new, as advertised and has amazing picture. I wish I had paid attention to the adapters, since I needed HDMI and VGA was sent. But I was able to purchase an adapter for $5, so issue easily solved. The quality of the picture is amazing. Will buy from seller again if I see something I need at
