This book gives a wide range of modifications to well known exercises, as well as some new exercises I hadn't learn yet. This book gives me great options for my personal training clients. I bought this book to give me some new ideas and I would reccommend it to all my male clients as a helpful guide, and to my female clients for some new options. I would recommend it if you are looking for structured, easy to follow workouts.
