they weathered the storms and sound awesome after a year
I purchased these for my husband's birthday, he is very picky about sound!!! He was excited when he installed them; they installed easily and the sound was awesome..."for such small speakers", so said the hubby. The have been through one full season here on Lake Michigan and still look and sound new. Taking them down for the winter was very easy with the type of bracket used to hand them. Overall, this was an outstanding product. We used Marine grade wire and the sound remained very crisp. Hubby did say the base was a little weak, but not bad for the size of the speakers. He was very happy with them.I purchased these for my husband's birthday, he is very picky about sound!!! Got them for outdoor use they definitely have plastic sound to them.. no bass a lot of midrange and some highs.. if you need a pair of cheep outdoor speakers these would fit the bill but otherwise i would look elsewhere..

Great value for the money.
I've bought 7 pairs of these speakers. Ran them in series to match my amps 8 ohm load requirement. For the low price they sound much better then many much higher priced outdoor speakers I've had. Only draw back has been one arrived defective, and 2 others stopped working a month later. But the pair that stopped working were likely due to guests playing them at a distorted level for period of time. ( Using a ipod/ phone jack to stero) Yes highly recommend for any in this price range. But would be sure to choose a good seller that will replace them without hassle if they fail. Mine were quickly replaced after notifying seller. For small outdoor speakers its hard to beat the sound quality even when compared to ones twice the price.I've bought 7 pairs of these speakers.
