These gummies are super effective. I started taking them a week and a half ago, however, I already noticed a big difference. My nails are growing at a rapid speed compared to before. The reason I purchased this vitamins in the first place, is because I read so many good reviews about them and I decided to give it try. Well I'm super happy I did. I take them every single day with my breakfast. I measured my hair length before I started taking these gummies and I'm planning on remeasuring it again, but I have to wait a month to see if it really made a difference on my hair growth. These gummies are super effective. I started taking them a week and a half ago, however, I already noticed a big difference. My nails are growing at a rapid speed compared to before. I can already see an improvement!
My nails (on my hands AND feet) have ALWAYS been a problem. However, just recently I've been noticing little white marks all over them, despite my best efforts. My body skin is quite rough too, and let's not forget to mention my foot skin which resembles that of an alligator - it needs a weed whacker to remove it! :) Anyway, I bought the Hair, Skin and Nails after having seen it advertised on TV. After about only a week, the white marks have just about vanished and there has been a little bit of growth in my fingernails.
