Product arrived quickly. When it was taken out of the plastic there was droplets of water in the package. This is a brand new unit. Installed quickly, since it was replacing a previous unit. Couldn't get it to start at first. Took knobs off checked connectors. You have to turn the water temperature knob all the way to the right for it to work. Instructions were not helpful.This TCFundy 18L propane water heater is awesome. I would recommend it.

A lot bigger than I expected. Also, needs quite a few satellite items not mentioned in order to make it work and am working to get those. Also, has a 20 min shutoff switch that shuts down the whole system that I'm not real thrilled about. So, I don't know how or if it works until I get the other parts.

    Good unit for the money

    Works very well and seems well made. Be aware that you have to find additional plumbing fittings to work. My biggest complaint is the handheld unit does not have an on/off switch. You need to to use the power switch.

    Warning ⚠️ this item is complete junk. Very poorly made. Does not work

    If you are looking for a great quality water heater on demand and if your looking for a instant water heater that meets and exceeds quality then please don't buy this product. I am a licensed contractor here in Louisiana and I install hundreds of water heater systems and this by for is the lowest quality junk they sell on eBay. Take my word on it it's not worth saving a little money on. Spend the little bit of extra money and buy a Rheem or a vevor if you are on a strict budget. I make a very good living and im very good at what I do and take my word this item is complete just with zero quality control on this on demand water heater.

    Gets water hot

    This is the second one I've purchased in 2 years installed it in a camper with a ventilator fan on the flue pipe first I had a 10L and in the winter it barely got the job done. The 18L provides scolding hot water but that can also be the issue the thermostat is not a set and forget you have to manually set it and when temp's in water change you have to adjust again and again. over all I'm happy with it but there could be some improvements on temp regulation and ventilation but for 100$ it works. But for 100$ more I could have bought one that had a built-in vent fan.

    Best item bought on ebay!

    18 liter heater is installed in an 1826 stone house in Champlain, NY. Always a challenge installing appliances to fit. Installed in the basement to replace a electric water heater... too bad for the electric company and the high bills. The heater installed flawlessly, purged the water lines of air, fired the puppy up. Works like a champ. Would recommend this purchase to anyone.
