    Alternative use

    I use the natural kapok as a case filler for black powder cartridges that have a reduced powder charge so there is no air space in the case, works very well, burns clean and leaves no residue. Much better than modern polymer fillers and cheaper

    Good product. Prompt delivery. Would be helpful to know the volumetric density of this material to calculate the amount needed to fill a large cushion. Eg: Volumetric Density (p rho) is equal to the mass of material (kg) divided by volume (V m3)) giving units in kg per cubic metre (kg/m3). In this way I can calculate how much material is needed to fill a known space instead of using empirical methods which in my case involved 2-shipments.

    Great for stuffing old bears.

    I bought this for three old bears I was restoring. Their stuffing has reduced over the years and this kapok was excellent. So much so I will be ordering more in the future.

    Because this kapok stuffing is nicely and fluffy light soft to touché plus if put little bit more stuffing it can be firm pillow,toys etc only thing this is bit expensive
