Not exactly the same battery
The battery works well so I can't complain about that. It is, however, not exactly the same battery I was replacing. This was to be an OEM replacement. It is not. It is a different model # and is not made by the same manufacturer, evidently, as the one that came with my phone. The seller offered to replace the battery but I don't feel it is worth my time or effort to go thru the process. I ordered one from another site. It is also different than this one and they both are supposed to be OEM products. All I can say is pay attention to what you are buying. I didn't and am not satisfied with this battery. No fault of the seller - mine for not paying closer attention. Like I said, it works fine just not what I wanted.The battery works well so I can't complain about that. Only accept "Made in China" batteries
I first ordered a battery for my wife's Samsung Galaxy S3 phone. The battery arrived with a "Made in China" label and charged great and held a charge for days with calls and text made. So I ordered 3 more for my phone ( Samsung Galaxy S3) as replacement and two as backup. Of the three batteries that arrived, One was "Made in Japan" and the other two were "Made in Korea" or "Assembled in Korea". None of these three would hold much of a charge. One lost 60% in 12 hours with NO USE! If you order, ONLY get "Made in China"!I first ordered a battery for my wife's Samsung Galaxy S3 phone. I purchased this to replacement the same battery in the phone that was only a year old. I thought it wasn't lasting long enough, so I ordered a new one. This one doesn't last any longer, so this may be a design flaw or something in the phone that is constantly draining the battery. I tend to turn off everything I don't use or want, but it hasn't made a difference. Oldie But A Goodie.....
Lots of excellent, older, cell phones out there. It shouldn't be a secret that they work just about as well as the new high dollar models. The only part that wears out is the battery. Surprise. This is an excellent, low cost, quality replacement. It even has the right name on it.

Not quite as good but good enough.
Although this is a good battery and an original, it does not hold a charge as well as the one that came with my phone. I like having a back up and charged it up and used it several days but found my charge was running out a few hours earlier than my old one so I changed back to my original and am using this one for my backup.
