Although the order arrived promptly, the gallon can is heavily damaged and I'm surprised it hasn't leaked. As someone with OCD it will drive me crazy looking at a crumpled up leaning paint can on my shelf. Better packing may be needed in future. The box was not showing damage as bad as the contents so not sure if a damaged can was sent to me. The primer I assume is still usable because like mentioned, no leaks. I'm giving the 3 stars due to the can's condition. The transaction was otherwise fine

I get this stuff every 3-6 months for the shop here in massachussetts there's no product I've found even close to the price for the quality. It's not this company's fault it's the whole paint supply industry 2 years ago these were 80$ 5 years ago they were like 65$

    Works for me

    I normally use Omni, and thought for the price I'd give it a try. Shipped really quick and well packaged. This tuff is really thick and needs to be shaken or stirred well before it's usable. Sprayed well though. After allowing it to cure, it seemed to sand almost too well. Very easy to sand it right back off if your not carful. That may have something to do with the activator, not sure. I will buy it again when needed. Price is great and product is acceptable quality.

    Junk Primer

    This primer is junk, I'll not buy another gallon. I used urethane thinner and still got a grainy texture in 65 degree weather. I sanded it off and tried another coat, same thing happened. I am an experienced painter and used a Iwata HVLP with a 1.7 tip -- never had a problem like this before using UPOL primer. I ordered another gallon of UPOL and it sprayed out great under the same conditions I've bought many Speedkote products and they've always been good, until now.

    Very good product for the price point. Shipped out very quickly, and was very well packaged. The product mixes easily, sprays out very smooth and builds up nicely. I would definitely use it again on my next project.

    works great

    This is a great product. It mixes, sprays and sands super easy and it doesn't dry in your gun and plug it up. I don't recommend using an orbital sander because it sands super easy. I used a quarter sheet of 320 and a quarter sheet of 500 for the entire car by hand.
