Dishonest seller sent damaged boots with severed cord and cut webbing loop. When confronted with photos, seller claimed it "costs $5 to fix in LA" and demanded a formal estimate. Completely unhelpful and refused fair settlement. Seller intentionally omitted structural defects in listing and stopped responding. Extra warning to forwarder buyers: this seller takes advantage of shipping boundaries to avoid accountability. AVOID THIS SELLER!
