I initiated a product return to kick-start eBay's MBG — no response. I am not claiming that the seller is responsible they are simply passing on a lemon, but I do ask that they be responsive. Note: the listing was for "new in box". The shipping box took a beating but the unit is free from scratches.

    Best vacuum ever!

    Love just about everything this vacuum offers. It's extremely light weight, easy to maneuver, has great suction and it's easy to empty the canister. I have to get used to turning the suction down from hardwood to carpet, but I'll get used to that eventually. Love that I can keep the other head with me by attaching it to the side holder too.

    Almost great

    Good power at all settings; quiet motor; e-z to empty. Minus one star for imprecise plastic male-to-female mounts. Given the price and its German provenance, we expected higher quality in the above. On balance, we're very satisfied.

    The best of both worlds... Miele and bagless.

    I am so happy with this product... I've always wanted a Miele vacuum but I did not want to deal with replacing bags. It's easy to use and simple to clean. Looks great and easy to store and use attachments. I can't recommend this highly enough.

    The perfect vacuum!

    When you buy a miele vacuum your getting a quality vacuum, equivalent to the older vacuums, with well made to last parts. the suction is very good and pics everything up, and use of changing out parts when vacuuming is a snap.

    Bagless Miele is Great

    The vacuum is quieter than our older bag-Miele. It is very easy to empty the dirt from the vacuum. However I haven't tried to empty or clean the smaller particle portion yet. Bagless vacuum will save $$ versus our older bagged Miele.
