Good product for ham radio
My 720 is the headset and base Ive been seeking for years to overcome the local electrical interference and give me great clean audio incoming and outgoing to the ham radio HF world. Solid communications in a comfortable wearable piece easy on head and ears. No wearers fatigue , I use it all around my property with no drop outs when listening or transmitting remotely with my Icom 7300 radio connected via the ethernet connector from base of the headset to the accessory port of the radio. I also use for phone calls simultaneously as well as computer pc connections. The Plantronics 720 completes my station and is compatible with all other devices I use around my home office. N5LUB 73

The sound quality is exceptional, but the band on the headpiece is completely worn out such that it's extremely loose and won't stay on my head. Comfortable, exceptional sound quality for meetings
Sound is great on this headset. Background noise is limited so there's no issues with mowers, loud AC, etc. Cost for this item new is a bit prohibitive but the quality of the headset is exceptional.
