Arrived early, brand new and great price!
I’m always reluctant to buy below retail prices, worrying about authenticity. But I loved the price point! The Fitbit arrived a couple day’s early and was shipped nicely. All shrink wrapped and $20.00 less than the site’s online price or any retailers price. Easy set-up if you just follow directions. I’m using it already. I love the plum color wrist band but already bought other colored bands that are lighter hues for summer apparel. You can succeed your fitness goals by using a tool to motivate you to improve your health, no matter where you are at right now! This band is user friendly, easy to set up and has a great free app you need to utilize the many features. It’s like your own personal trainer!

I'd get a different fitbit
The fitbit is lightweight but I got this one for sleep tracking and it's quite annoying to sleep with. If I move my arm, sometimes the screen turns on, but sometimes it doesn't even do that when I'm trying to look at the screen! Tapping the screen sometimes doesn't register and I can't scroll through the options on my fitbit as easily as I'd like. Also, whenever I try to charge the fitbit, it turns my notifications off, unless I perfectly match it to the button. On the other hand, it counts my steps pretty well, although who knows how accurate all of the data is.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Awesome Fitbit
I ordered this because the Fitbit Charge 3 had so many bad reviews. This is great! I can track how many steps I take each day. I can check my heart rate while exercising. I haven't used the sleep monitor yet, but I like everything about it so far. Upgraded my Fitbit addiction
I had a Fitbit Flex and was perfectly happy with it until my friend showed me her Charge 2. The sleep tracker is a godsend for anyone with sleep issues. Also, it's much more attractive. (I did replace the band with a blue metal mesh one that is way better looking than the plastic one that comes with the tracker.) I haven't figured out all the features yet -- hey, Fitbit, an actual, complete online user guide would be nice, and the lack of it lost you one star! -- but am plugging away at it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Easily motivating and easy to use
works great as an easy motivator. I have to tap the screen more than i'd like to get the info but it still works fine. it miscounts stairs sometimes so i just keep track of what i did vs what it says. it is really great at reminders to get up and move esp if you set goals for what you want to get done in an hour. the battery lasts a few days with constant use. i find that wearing it too tight will leave the skin a bit discolored but that is easily correctable with adjusting the strap. the automatic tracking for exercise is very helpful esp when you just start on a whim and dont hit the button. I dont get it wet but i have splashed it once and it still seems to work fine. over all i like it and will hope this one lasts a long time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good Fitness watch

Should have been my first choice
After 14 months using a Microsoft Band and filing four warranty claims for dead batteries that would last 3-4 each, I gave up, and purchased the Fitbit. It has all of the features of the MS band, cost half of the Band price, and the battery last 4-5 days between charges. I had to charge the band daily. All four of them. Great item
I love my charge 2, love you can switch colors of bands. Some things that are not accurate are steps. Before I get out of bed I have 75 steps in. So I counts extra steps even as I sleep from movement. It's will count steps in a moving vehicle also. The sleep tracker is also a little off, I sleep good but I let my husband wear it for a night to rest it cause he doesn't ever sleep good but it said he got 6hrs of sleep that night but he was awake all night. So if your laying still with a resting heart rate it thinks your sleeping even when lying there awake. I like the little reminders to go for a walk or lets do some steps. It charges very fast so you don't have to have it off for long. It does alert you when you have a text message come on your phone and I was hoping it had the feature of reading your whole text message on the watch but it just says the first few words and shuts off, I was hoping it had the little responses also to text back from your watch but it doesn't.. it's great little item I like it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
