      There was an issue with the poncho that I ordered. It may have been from shipping or genuinely unknown to the seller. The issue was resolved and the actions by the seller were professional and extremely accommodating. The item description is 4/5 because I truly do not think it was intentionally misleading. It is always refreshing to know that even if something doesn’t work out the way you hope or expect, there are sellers willing to go the extra mile to make it right. Buy with confidence.

      I am disheartened to see this feedback as I did everything to make it right including a refund and allowing buyer to keep the item. The holes were not there when the item was bagged as indicated in the listing photos. I have no idea how the damage happened in shipping but wanted to make it right which is why I immediately approved a full refund for you. I would never purposefully send out damaged goods, so of course I am denying involvement as it was not damaged prior to shipping.
