    It is easy to get accolades when a sale goes through without issue. Unfortunately, things do happen, and I did have an issue on this transaction. I doubt the seller was to blame as there could have been a shipping damage issue. When pointed out the seller rushed to do the right thing and make me whole. That is the important point here.
