Pro Design, Budget Build Quality
The design is very good. There's an optional heavy-duty collar that you can lock down onto the threaded tube with a drum key. It won't damage the threads when you tighten it. That part can be unscrewed and removed so you can just have a regular clutch. The build quality and precision are at the "low budget" level.
