Seller stated that they tested it, but either didn’t, or didn’t test all functions. Seller offered to let me return it, but that means sending it back, waiting another week or more for shipping and for a refund to be issued, just not worth it. If you can’t or don’t want to test electronic parts, don’t state that they are tested in the description, simple as that. I’d recommend avoiding this seller.
