They were clearly new with the original additions (tissue paper; interior shoe materials) and boxed carefully. Seller packed both shoe boxes together in one larger box thus conserving on shipping costs. Shipping was super fast. Pricing was very fair and reasonable. A very happy customer!

Additionally, before shipping I was notified that the seller noticed a very slight imperfection in the shoe leather and they offered me the chance to cancel the order or receive a discount. I accepted the discount and the shoes are beautiful and even better than I hoped. I definitely got an excellent value!
