    Bought this meter from an EXCELLENT seller, who provided VERY FAST shipping. Meter was carefully packaged, and arrived in good condition, but was sold as USED, i.e., "fully functional". However, the built-in battery was dead. This meter can be AC- or battery-powered, but had no owner's manual with it - so not knowing how to test the built-in battery is forgivable. Seller's communications were prompt, polite, and clear, and we quickly worked out a mutually satisfactory solution. Great Seller!
