It technically worked, but it had serious overheating issues, even after running updates. With just a single Firefox tab and CPU-Z running, I was only getting about 1/3 of the performance I should have, and the laptop was Chernobyl hot. Over 120F on the keyboard and nearly 150F on the bottom. I initiated a return, printed the shipping label, and was able to return it with no issues. Thank you for a painless return process.
