Silver Solution Antimicrobial Wound gel
My husband has diabetic ulcers on both feet has been going to the foot wound center for these two huge holes on the bottom of his feet and they have at a stand still for nearly a year now and we decided to do something different from what the doctors are trying it has been one month since we bought the 1st tube of Silver Solution Antimicrobial wound Gel and let me tell you this gel has worked and new meat and skin has started forming and the holes has gotten small in depth and width at this point we went from changing the dressings from twice a day to once a day what a miracle this gel is really nice and thick not running all i do is clean the wounds with iodine and make sure the wound is very dry apply the silver gel and cover with gauze with this silver gel theres no messy runny gel to have to clean up it stays in contact with the wound this gel can stay active up to 3 days but I wound change it every 2 days within the last 2 weeks i have ordered 2 more tubes of the Silver Solution Wound Gel I highly suggest this item to everyone with wounds and diabetic ulcers at this point I have nothing bad to say about this product I will buy more when we get lowVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

The gel itself helps heal cuts and wounds by supply moisture for up to three days when covered with a bandage. The active ingredient, silver chloride, kills all known microbes to prevent infection. It only takes a little bit to cover most cuts and small wounds, so even though the tube is small, it lasts quite a long time. Better than an antibiotic ointment or cream in my opinion because antibiotics don't kill every known micro-organism.
