I ordered a 24 oz bottle but the receipt indicated a 12oz bottle. That was way too expensive for a 12oz bottle of Quicksilver conditioner. No knowing which bottle I was to receive, I cancelled the order and received a refund immediately.

I'm not using it for anything having to do with the title other than the Jeweler's part. I'm using it to lube the die I use to punch holes into the coins that I make into rings. It allowes the die to more easily punch through the metal coin. This reduces scaring and metal fatigue caused by friction. I also us the Bur Saver when shaping the coin into the shape of the ring in the large dies that are used. This minamises any chafing that may cause marking the surface of the ring. It also keeps the ring from sticking to the inside of the die. I also use the Bur Saver lube on the inside of my ring stretcher reducer. I rub some onto the surface of the reducer ring I'm using before I insert the coin ring. This way when I press the ring into the reducer, the ring not only presses in easier, it ...

It's very dry n brittle, it crumbles into small little pcs every time I pass my blade through it. It does not lubricates.
