Very, vey well and safely packaged. The item was sent within 5 days and I recieved it after only 16 days (much faster than expected). After my purchase the seller sent a message to make sure I would let them know if anything went wrong. They left a note in the package, too. Very nice. The plushie was new but it was not packaged well. The plush was packaged in a bag so the plastic/cardboard that is in the base was warped because package got smashed in transit. I was able to kind of bend it back into decent shape. Despite the plush not being in optimal condition upon arrival, I would still buy from the seller.
