Took the tender apart replaced the fingers, took the reverse drum out and cleaned, replaced the wires and the male plug. Tender functions well. The “on the shelf” boxes that item come in ARE NOT ADEQUATE SHIPPING PROTECTION. These switches have a very fragile lever arm on them that is very easily broken. Just a pLastic wrap around the box provides NO PROTECTION. An outer box and some bubble wrap is the way to go. Thanks.
