    Keto in plain English

    Well written, easy to read. I am new to Keto and wanted information which I knew I could trust. I am familiar with Dr Don Colbert, have read his books before. (Youtube has a couple of his videos, with Kenneth Copeland which pointed me in this direction.) I didn't want another diet! More a change of lifestyle.

    Good value for the price

    Glad I was able to get this book at an affordable price. Information provided on the Keto diet is good and useful. The vendor does advise that the book was previously owned and might have written notes or be highlighted so I did expect that. Unfortunately for me the previous owner used a lavender highlighter which is not the best color for the black print with my vision. I am still able to read it just wish it had been highlighted in the common yellow.

    Easy to read

    This is a very informative book with information that is so appropriate for today! It combats the illnesses many of us have while explaining how the inaccurate information the mainstream media distributed years ago has had such a negative impact on the general public. Although it will take some adjustments, this is a very realistic diet! I have been doing it for 3 weeks and have had more energy and have been able to think and concentrate much better.
