I actually received what was pictured (serial numbers matched). It was wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a padded envelope - would have preferred a box. It works! Was able put wife's library on it, battery lasts a while. We connected it to our car for a recent trip - worked well. Hers was stolen, so it was nice to have a decent replacement. MINT condition, absolutely worth the money. If you're worried about scamming PLS just buy from this person, the shipping was fair and it did take a little longer ofc bc it's considered hazmat (2 weeks) but so worth it.
