      Great product, arrived warm but well packed with cooling pads. To be fair, that was expected because seller shipped from CA to FL and it's summer time. However, seller guaranteed good arrival condition when I asked directly, and it did worked. Bacteria was alive and cycled my tank in 2 days. Just make sure to be at home when you receive the item to immediately put it in the refrigerator. Great buy, amazing seller!

      Items arrived well and the price is good. All items are in good condition, i would prefer to have them ship in boxes or wrapped in plastic or paper. They just come in a bag and one of the items bent a bit, but everything came well.

      Really nice design, but

      The design and quality of build is nice. The CO2 connection is AWFUL. I bought some CO2 proof air line that fits every single CO2 fitting that I have, except for this Reactor. It is really sad and kind of pathetic that they don't put a more forgiving nut on that connector. No matter how I try and connect it, it fails. I even heated up the tubing to make it really pliable and the nut just CUTS the tube all the way around it, like that was it's purpose to cut off 1/8 inch long sections of my tubing. I am now forced to try and find tubing that will specifically work just for this ridiculous fitting. I am really disappointed that I am having to spend even more money to find tubing that may, or may not even work, because my current tubing does not.
