- r***r (208)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseshipping and packaging were great. my concern is with the description. simply said the item 'worked' yet a small piece of plastic was taped to the outer case. the seller thinks this was from the bubble wrap packaging. it wasn't. it was taped directly to the tape deck as if an internal component came loose. still has to be tested for functionality.

After we completed the deal. My son was telling his teammate about his hit new bat. He told my son that it was not allowed in our pony league. Contacted the seller and after explaining the situation and clearing up some confusion about refunds, was offered a full refund. Total Customer Service, decision to refund when he didn’t have to.
