    The seller was communicative. They also shipped the package quickly. I believe the package got here in less than a week (business days) which is really impressive. The packaging was also very neat and the item was bubble wrapped well. Condition of the item was excellent and as described in the listing. Considering this is a hard to find item, I believe the price of item and shipping is reasonable. I had to pay duties but seller did note that on the listing. I am very happy with my purchase.

    I bought the Miku movie and it showed up in perfect condition still sealed. The package was wrapped with bubble wrap so well I almost couldn't open it. I also had troubles with tracking (not the sellers fault) and ended up contacting them. They replied quickly and professionally. Will definitely bring from them again.

    Does what it is supposed to.

    Some users stated that product was not user friendly. If a large amount of data has to be entered for programming, I can see how this could be burdensome. Each channel must be programmed separately; no options to copy/paste CSVs or tables of data. That includes all options for each channel/frequency desired. For the user needing only to program a dozen or two channels worth of data, the product works just fine. Icom certainly could have done a better job with this one but it does work exactly as described, just not very efficiently. I would buy again. anton188
