    Hat arrived scrunched up inside a plastic bag causing hat to have major wrinkles with deep creases in the brim of the hat. Seller says I “should be able to steam them out.” I just wanted an undamaged hat as shown in the auction. They admitted fault and refunded me only part of what was paid by me saying shipping costs are not their problem…

    We are sorry that your hat arrived with wrinkles. We took full responsibility for the condition of the item upon arrival and immediately issued a full refund for the hat's cost. We regret the confusion regarding shipping. Since you used a separate, third-party shipping agent (EGS), we did not collect that fee and therefore cannot process a refund for it. We did and do recommend reaching out to eBay directly for assistance with recouping the shipping cost from the third-party agent. Best wishes
