      Initially, the seller was slow to respond. There was no shipping confirmation. Then he claimed to be in the hospital and it would ship soon. Fine. I felt empathy, but after weeks had slipped, and several unanswered inquiries, I had to ask eBay for a refund. I do not trust Diagnostic Monkey. I feel like he played me so he could resell it at a higher price. I will never trust this reseller again. Worst experience in decades of eBay purchases. What a rip-off.
