Ok, no biggie, let me reach out. Nope, no response, after multiple attempts. Zero. Upon further inspection, the clamp was completely broken. So again I reach out, crickets. 5 min of receiving I messaged them. I start a return. They wait until the last second to accept it, then I return it and they wait until last second to refund. 17 days for a refund.
