    I received the order in a very small package that was very tightly packed with no room to cut it without damaging the stuff inside. When I opened it, the bracelet broke because it was on the top and without hard packaging. I asked for a small discount, but I didn't get it because according to the seller it was my fault. This is very upsetting. I needed the bracelet, so I bought another one, from a different seller. I don’t believe I’ll ever buy anything from this seller again.
