Seller had it out the door quickly and in my hands fast. Device came in impeccable, like new condition. One hiccup requiring a hard reset after doing software updates but the machine has been running smooth ever since. I painlessly put ubuntu on to it and it handles it like a champ. This machine will have me looking at refurbished Lenovo’s in the future from this seller. Good value!

I was a little concerned to read (in the fine print) that no warranty was made for the battery being able to hold a charge, but I figured I could buy a replacement for $30 - $40, and it turns out this battery still has 3/4 of its capacity. The price was 1/3 - 1/2 of new on other sites.

HP elitebook laptop has the manual for resolving issues as far as setup, username, password and how to operate. It's going to take a while for me to do this especially with having to read the instructions online from my phone. I have Parkinson's Disease and have hand tremors. Somedays worse than others. It makes it hard to follow the instructions. Thank you. Respectfully, Ms. Dow

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

But I was able to purchase an adapter for $5, so issue easily solved. The quality of the picture is amazing. Will buy from seller again if I see something I need at
