    The bike was well packaged/protected. As good as you might expect from an OEM, and shipped in a timely fashion. the cost for shipping seemed a bit high, but I don't ship bikes across the country often so it his a bit hard to be definitive on that. The bike itself was in new condition as described, with just a bit of reside on the seatpost that wiped off with some cleaner being the only detectable concern. Pricing seemed fair given the original MSRP, and what new models are selling for.
