    Recipes require a lot of shopping for impossible to find ingredients and a lot of time to prepare. If you're a person whio works, you'll spend all your time cooking and prepping. Fortunately, I'm not one who works but I wouldn't spend that much time when there are better alternatives -- Instant Pot and Indian cooking.
