Terraria is an independently developed game that mixes the mining, crafting, and day/night cycle elements of Minecraft with the exploration and action of classic 2D games like Metroid. Once players head off on their adventure they will battle dozens of different enemies, dig through soil and rock to find items and valuable resources, and build custom houses, villages, and even castles. Gamers can then buy or sell items with NPCs that move into the newly designed buildings. There are three different difficulty modes, and multiplayer fans can join their friends for co-op action.

    The Youngest Wanted It...

    Although I was disappointed in the online code redemption format, a recent cell carrier policy change(due to the "pandemic") gave us Wi-Fi, so the boys were able to download the game after all. They love it: it's as if DigDug and Minecraft had a love-child!

    Game hasn't updated in years

    The game hasn't updated in a couple years. Many of the bosses and equipment found in the PS4 version of the game don't exist in PS3 version.
