Seller also switched shipping carriers without asking if that was ok. After making contact seller offered only excuses. Very poor transaction. We did forget to mention the change in carriers, but since it was an upgrade we did not believe it would be an issue. All in all, buyer decided not to return damaged item for a refund so that is the conclusion.Follow-up from: n***z- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.UPS "Ground Saver" is never an "upgrade" from USPS First Class.
