    The CRT monitor was packed very thoroughly and professionally. Unfortunately, there was some kind of myserious brightness issue I have yet to solve (which did not exist pre-shipping). Everything else was accurate to item description. Seller was incredibly helpful, flexible, and understanding. We worked out a partial refund so I could keep it and figure out a fix myself.
