Watch the blade! As it is so,sharp it will,cut you if you try to catch it, so handle the blade with care. The head is sealed and sits on top of the main body lid and automatically attaches to the blade to drive it super fast, to slice, dice and in twelve seconds purée anything you put in it! The product comes with some instructional recipes and more are available online. You also can have fun hopping up items to see how it works, then your Sally's and food items will xo t ue to get better and better as you work with the chopping swirling Ninja blades . Summary, you too can make the best salads just like a deli or restaurant! It turns out the process of cutting and chopping your food items is the secret to a great final dish! powerful, versatile; love this thing
Well-spaced blades including close to the bottom, so mostly no chunks stuck at the bottom; helpful with small amounts. Powerful so only a few quick pulses will chop pretty evenly. More pulses gives you smaller mincing, and steady-on almost purees. Works best about half-full. Liquid doesn't leak out the top. Seems durable so far (but plastic so use care). Easy to clean but blades are SHARP; take care. I use it almost every day for all kinds of stuff; salad fixins, salsas, dips, dressings... perfect for small servings.
