Not accurate.
I chose this model because it keeps track of steps and you can compare how you are doing from one week to another. The band has a fold in strap so it won't catch on things. However, it is not accurate. I usually walk 10,000 steps a day and have a set route and know how many steps each part of my route is. This only logs about 1/3 of my steps. I was disappointed.
