      Positive but with the caveat, that ski boots though tough should be better protected from the manhandling they recieve when bing shipped. Throwing them in a box with the hopes they don't get damaged is not good. Granted they cost less than $100 but that should not make a difference. The item was shipped quickly, priced reasonably and exactly as described. A- Would buy from seller again.

      Package came in two boxes, I thought everything was packed really well, it one saucer for the cups was broken. For some reason it was packed separately from the other saucers. I took a picture and they immediately offered a refund asking me what I thought was fair. I asked for 3 but they refunded me 10. I actually purchased this for the platter and covered casseroles. I was disappointed that one of the saucers broke in transit, but they were very generous with their refund.
