    3M 8946 Silicone Paste Clear Dielectric Grease 8oz. 08946

    Nice stuff, oddly, guey type substance. Never used it before and this was the first time, I remember, changing brake pads. Its weird stuff and I did notice that you must turn the slider pins a bit so that air bubbles are dispersed, Also, I wanted to make sure the slider pins were fully lubricated. Its spendy but, I think its worth it. I watched vids and they said to use silicone lube and so did my maintenance book. I learned that other greases can eat the boot over the slider pin. I felt fortunate that the boot was in great shape. I'm a happy camper.

    Use This Silicone On Rubber Bushings

    I used it to lube the Sway Bar Bushings on my Hummer H2. Great product. Perfect for use on rubber parts of all kinds. Do Not use grease on rubber parts! Grease will break down the rubber over time. Silicone is the correct lube for these bushings. It's worth the money.

    Auto Break parts Lube.

    It is the product you need to use on break caliper slides to keep your rubber in good shape. It is good for electrical boxes connections where rubber is used to help keep it sealed. A good product for those special needs. You can use it on the old plug wires too.

    Brake caliper grease

    This is the best grease you can get for brake jobs (i.e. lubing brake caliper guide pins) for Toyotas. Do not use wheel bearing or multipurpose grease to lube guide pins. They will break down, build up corrosion, and the guide pins will seize up. Use this 3M grease and you won't have any issues. Don't forget to inspect/replace worn/torn guide pin boots.

    Great Dielectric Grease. Large Quanity Too.

    Ive been having issues with my trailer brake lights not working on my trailer. I think the issue was with the connection between the vehicle and trailer. It wasn't getting a good connection. One terminal was corroded. Dielectric grease helps me get a good connection everytime so I don't getting an accident or pulled over. The grease helps the terminals to not rust and short out.
