    Excellent buy, very happy with it!

    I've always used an Apple Keyboard, but due to a mishap the one I had stopped working. Guess that keyboard didn't like coffee. Pricing out a new keyboard, I couldn't believe the ridiculous price Apple wants for them now. So, next best thing to do is to look on Ebay for a replacement. The first one I ordered arrived "dead-as-a-door-nail", but that was expected as it was priced very low. This one arrived very quick, and worked perfect.

    Dented and demented

    This keyboard was twisted on the lower left corner. This is something you’d have to take a serious pair of pliers to do. It certainly couldn’t have been done by hand. In addition to that the right USB didn’t work very well. It made my optical mouse, skip all over the screen. So this clearly wasn’t quality controlled. It was worth about five dollars if that. The only good thing I could say about it is that it was clean.

    Reliable classic keyboard

    I have always liked the feel of the Apple A1243 keyboard and prefer it to the wireless magic keyboards that came with later macs. I was heartbroken to have destroyed mine with a cup of spilled coffee, but delighted to find that they are reasonably available on eBay.
