These showed up earlier than expected and exactly as described. There’s packaging and then there’s this seller. They went above and beyond to ensure security during shipping. Top notch seller who deserves all the positive feedback they’ve received. Highly recommended. Would definitely buy from again.

Seller also switched shipping carriers without asking if that was ok. After making contact seller offered only excuses. Very poor transaction. We offered buyer to return damaged unit for a refund/replacement yet he refused to return item. We did forget to mention the change in carriers, but since it was an upgrade we did not believe it would be an issue. All in all, buyer decided not to return damaged item for a refund so that is the conclusion.Follow-up from: n***z- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.UPS "Ground Saver" is never an "upgrade" from USPS First Class. The change in shippers was only so the seller could save money, nothing more. This is what I was talking about with excuses. Unacceptable.
