I have also read books on this condition which also recommend Mediterranean diet so the title sounded perfect and the price was right. I like that the book discussed the diet in general and the benefits of this diet and lifestyle. I have been trying as many recipes as I think I'd like and some I wasn't sure about. I also like the sample meal plans that give you an idea how much to eat and what might pair well together. Its a great little book to get you started.
