    The puzzle was as described. No packaging or paperwork was included. ZERO padding was protecting the puzzle. Luckily no damage was caused. Shipping took an extra week than said it was supposed to be (14 days total). Item was supposed to be shipped from California, but there was export and import notes from the shipping tracking info.
