My only issue was about the shipping. USPS said package was arriving Thursday before 9pm but didn’t come. Package didn’t show up until today (Saturday). Not sellers fault. USPS systems don’t always update with accurate information. I’ll give 5 stars for shipping only because it benefits the seller.

Seller was responsive, professional, and friendly when notified. Seller agreed to send a replacement case at a later date, when one became available, and has stuck to that informal agreement. The prices on the Etnia frames are some of the lowest you'll find anywhere and I wouldn't hesitate to order from this seller again. Item was exactly as described.
